WELCOME TO THE FEBRUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE
What’s your swimming goal for 2026? Whether you’re training for pool competition, open water races, triathlons, or just for fitness and fun, start your year off with a splash. THB’s February Fitness Challenge is an international swimming event open to participants ages 18+ and all swimming abilities. You set your goal for the month, then measure your progress alongside the February Fitness community.
HOW IT WORKS
Register on the official February Fitness Website and enter your fitness goal for the month of February. Goals can be distance-based, or time-based to measure your consistency in the pool! Then enter each of your February workouts to track your momentum. Along the way you can unlock achievement badges, compare your workouts against some of the world’s most famous swims (like the English Channel), and compare your progress using the February Fitness Leaderboards. Don’t miss this chance to start your year off on the right fin!
UNLOCK ACHIEVEMENT BADGES
Your swimming goals are serious, but the path to achieving them doesn’t have to be. Earn achievement badges for reaching milestone distances, numbers of days in the water, and swims on key days during February (like National Margarita Day on 2/22). At the end of the challenge, you’ll receive a personalized digital certificate and results booklet showing all of the achievement badges you’ve earned.

Compare your progress, share accomplishments, and trade tips with other February Fitness participants from across the world using the February Fitness message board, photo gallery, and leaderboards. You’ll also have access to USMS-Coach designed workouts for all speeds and distances.
REPRESENT THE CHALLENGE
Is it a fitness event without an official t-shirt? Order your 2026 FFC shirts, hoodies, stickers, water bottles and more right here! Standard versions and versions celebrating those who reach the ultimate goal of swimming 100,000 yards are available. A portion of every purchase goes towards supporting THB programs and events.
