february fitness challenge
What’s your swimming goal for 2026? Whether you’re training for pool competitions, open water races, triathlons, or just for fitness and fun, start your year off with a splash. THB’s February Fitness Challenge is an international swimming event open to participants ages 18+ and all swimming abilities. You set your goal for the month, then measure your progress alongside the February Fitness community.
HOW IT WORKS
Register online starting January 1, 2026, and enter your fitness goal for the month of February. Goals can include total number of yards, consecutive days swam, or whatever personalized goal puts you in the best position to achieve swimming success in 2026. Then enter the yardage for each of your workouts in the February Fitness platform to track your momentum. You’ll unlock achievement badges along the way, and have access to the February Fitness Leaderboard to measure your progress against other swimmers in your age group, home club, and more.

Founded in 1993, thousands of swimmers have participated in the THB February Fitness Challenge. In the past 10 years, February Fitness swimmers have logged more than 37,000 miles in the water —that’s comparable to swimming around the planet 1.5 times.
